As per the communiqué published in the Official Gazette on May 23, 2023, PayPole Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş has been granted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye an official authorisation to provide the payment services specified in subparagraphs (a), (b), (c), (ç) and (e) of the first paragraph of Article 12 and the electronic money issue service specified in the second paragraph of Article 18 of the Law on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions dated 20/06/2013 and numbered 6493.
